The Freebird Yoga Fitness and Flexibility Series is designed to work with the adult body as a supplement to your sport of choice. The goal of Freebird Yoga is to prepare the body you have for the sport you love. Yoga is a wonderful way to both strengthen and stretch for better health. This series is designed to guide you to a more energetic state so that you may pursue your sport of choice with minimal injury and maximum fun. After extensive research on the muscles used as well as the most common injuries and imbalances created by each activity, I chose the appropriate poses for each sport. These sequences which combine all of the elements of yoga, including visualization, emphasis on alignment and a program for rest will help you master the game you love. You have reached a point in your life where you can finally make time to pursue your passions. Don’t be sidelined by aches, injuries or lack of energy. Whether it’s golf, riding, tennis, running, cycling or dancing, Freebird has a program to fit your needs.
